Sign in to the Office 365 portal with your work or school account, and follow these instructions. To download an update, select the corresponding Knowledge Base article in the following list, and then go to the 'How to download and install the update' section of the article. On the My Account page, under the name of your subscription, select Install. We recommend that you install all updates that apply to you. Existing Office 2016 for Mac customers will be seamlessly upgraded to 64-bit versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote as part of the August product release (version 15.25). These updates are intended to help our customers keep their computers up-to-date. Microsoft released the following security and nonsecurity updates for Office in June 2023.
